A family friendly outdoor event created 10 years ago by Captain’s Quarters to raise money for 2 local organizations, Twisted Pink and Hope Scarves who’s mission is to support Metastatic Breast Cancer Research.

​This event features 2 Trebuchets (Catapults) launching 6-12lb pumpkins 100+ yards into the Ohio River. Each pumpkin is “sponsored” by a spectator through their donation and if their pumpkin hits a floating target, they are rewarded with a gift certificate from a supporting local restaurant. This event also features live music, food and spirit sampling, live music, face painting, a shopping boutique and much more!
